I'm glad that the recipe worked in spite of it. Fondue is definitely the quintessential Swiss thing. Good choice! When I was in Switzerland I was vegetarian (not vegan), and so I tried fondue, but I wasn't into it. I wonder if I'd enjoy the vegan version a lot more...
